Peter and Pam McGain welcome you to McGain’s Nursery & Organic Food Store. Their vibrant nursery as been located in Anglesea since 2000 and the Organic Food Store was established in 2006.

McGain’s services the Surf Coast and beyond and has attained a solid reputation for our wide variety of quality landscape and garden plants. News of our Organic Store is now spreading, with some customers willing to travel quite a distance because of the range and quality of our fresh produce and other organic and biodynamic products.

McGain’s has a fine reputation for customer service, and is staffed by an experienced team of knowledgeable people who can assist customers in the purchase of organic produce, or advise customers on the selection of suitable plants and associated garden products.

    Opening Hours

The Nursery and Organic Food Store are both open everyday from 9.00am to 5.00pm. We are closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.  Visit us at 1 Simmons Court, Anglesea (turn off the Great Ocean Road opposite the Anglesea Fire Station) or call us on 5263 3841.

 McGains Money - Win a $400 Voucher!

The Australian One dollar note was withdrawn from circulation on 9th July 1984 but McGain's are bringing it back!

Every time you spend $25 we will give you a McGain's Anglesea Dollar Note to spend in the  nursery or in our food store on your next visit.  Simply keep it in your wallet as it is real value!  In addition, you can enter our monthly competition to win a $400 voucher which will be drawn the last day of every month.  This is our way of saying ‘thank you’ to the people who have supported us over the last 11 years.
